My most loved is probably my Henry Cuir tote, even though I use it exclusively for work. My most used bag is probably this buffalo leather Ghost...

It's completely indestructible; I use it in all weathers and often stuff it to the brim with files, books and reports, and it still looks just fine. It's my go-to bag.

I have to agree with indiaink. I tend to go through phases and when I'm done, I usually end up selling the bag. But I do have a couple bags that I have kept over the years: LV Vavin pm, and Bal black First. I'd have to say, I'll never sell those 2.

Hello everyone, I am looking to get my wife a present for mothers day (her first mothers day as a mommy) and I want to get her a wallet. I'm looking at fendi, kate spade, marc by marc jacobs or marc jacobs, prada, and a few others. I don't really know what I am doing and don't want to get a fake. I also cant spend a ton of money. I would love it if some of you ladies could offer any advice? Thank you.

Definitely you need to know what she puts in her wallet - lots of cards or just a few, do you have a lot of coins where you live (I'm in Canada and our $1 and $2 are coins so you need a lot of space for them), does she stuff it full of receipts and leave them there or is she more of a minimalist, zip around style or more open?

If you don't have 'a ton of money' you need to be sure it's one she will use and enjoy and not put away in a drawer because it doesn't work for her.

Do you know what brands she likes (example I don't like Fendi or Prada but I do like LV - all of those are quite expensive though). Kate Spade and Marc Jacobs do go on sale unlike some other designer brands so that's something to look for as well, to get more for your money.

You might get a better response if you start a new thread specifically for your topic, since this one is specifically about bags.

It's the kind of leather bag that I see in movies where the actors/actresses would use to cover their heads while the rain is pouring hard on them as they hop and skip outside of work. ;)
