I too am a Schlumberger fan! Hope to have a 16-stone ring one day!
My favorite Tiffany piece is my bezel Lucida. On my wish list is this beauty! The antique modified yellow diamond solitaire. 
I don't want to distract from all the drool worthy Tiffany pieces, but I thought I'd share an alternative idea for a pink tourmaline ring. How about Pink Emerald ("Morganite")? It's very feminine, and as an emerald which is around 8 on the mohs scale (I think) it should be quite durable for a ring setting. The thing about pink tourmaline is that it comes in quite a wide range of colours (I've seen it in spinel/ruby red tones as well), while Pink Emerald is usually this warm peachy pink colour.
Just an idea so that your pennies accumulate a bit faster.
