EB-

Your band is just stunning. Thank you so much for sharing it- just incredibly beautiful, yet wearable at the same time. I think a ring is a perfect token to represent a special anniversary and it would take nothing away from my e-ring. It stands on its own as another incredible piece.

I love beautiful things, but I live in Napa Valley, which is really the country, so flashy jewels don't work as well. I am at a stage of life where I want things I can wear often and that will carry me through the rest of my life. I love the Verdura watch bracelets, though they border on being too preppy for me. The Bayco ring feels perfect. Is NM the best place to source one?
The website has all the different styles. The video is a bit much, but I think this is the collection. You'll have to scroll:

fansynancy,

Attached are pictures of the ruby band. I also have a large collection of Verdura too, if you'd like some advice in that direction. I do not own that particular piece-- there are others I (personally) prefer. That piece is somewhat formal (and grown up). And I have a more casual life style.

I can't say enough nice things about the ruby band. I really love owning it. Bayco, the manufacturer, is one of the classiest companies on the planet. They source precious stones to Harry Winston, among other top jewelers. I also believe that fine quality rubies will hold their value better than diamonds.

The band is both under the radar and over the top at the same time.

Congratulations and best of luck with your decision.

This is fabulous! Thanks for sharing. I would love this band in sapphires for an anniversary.

I would look at JB Star and get a big sapphire ring with diamonds. JB Star makes gorgeous jewelry. I love their pieces and their colored stones are the best... Sapphires, rubies, emeralds. I think NM is just starting to carry JB Star. You can also go to their website...their price point is around your price range for a nice blingy piece and you could go higher or lower.

Happy Anniversary!

What a stunning piece. Rubies are an amazing stone. My hubby bought me a Beverly K diamond and ruby band last year but you have the most gorgeous rubies I have ever seen.

fansynancy I just clicked on the Bayco link. Wow, those bands are tdf. The Sapphire and ruby bands are amazing. Well they all are. Congrats on your anniversary and have fun picking out the perfect piece.

TDF longchain! Very mulitpurpose, dressed up or down.Lovely gift!

I wear my 8ct eternity band on my ring hand. Most of the times without my engagement ring.

Do you like Jadite? How about David Webb jewellry? Major impact diamond bracelet/bangle? Jackie O tiffany cuff?
Love the Verdura piece!
Where is skyqueen? She always has good ideas.

(A few years I see me sending my engagement diamond to auction & getting a 13 - 15 ct eternity ring. Don't see that many, like what is rare. Maybe for my 60th. Not that far away, eeekk! )

Did you get a copy of VC&A book 'Treasures & Legends?'

Pink diamond in any setting or style, yellow diamond or diamond tennis necklace (I think Skyqueen has a beautiful one).

Just found this thread after picking myself off the floor! What a gorgeous DBTY long chain necklace!!! Just WOW!
OP...you seem to have a lot of bases covered. I could see you adding a fabulous eternity band or eternity bracelet (or both, LOL!) like EB's ruby...very unique!
You could also add a RH fabulous ring. I would look for an Fancy Intense yellow (orange undertone)...for your price-range you should be able to get a nice size stone. Add a few diamonds and you have a great statement ring!

We share the same taste. I actually have really nice big studs and my e-ring is in a beautiful Memoirdiamond band setting. A second band did not seem to add any impact. I got an incredible 60 inch diamond chain for my 50th birthday last year. My husband bought me the diamond chain instead of the VCA diamond clover perlee bracelet that I had been eyeing. The DBTY chain was a lot more than the bracelet, but I have worn it a lot as it can be worn long, doubled or tripled. I felt it was more "wow" than the Perlee, though I am obsessed with the bracelet. My husband loves the between the fingers ring, but I'm not sure that it will be appropriate for the rest of my life as my hands age more. I love ALL of your suggestions.
What is the size of the diamond on your beautiful 60 inch necklace?
Thank you.
