What is covered under warranty?

The warranty doesn't cover normal use. Many people seem to want to use the bag for a while then send it in and get a new one or their money back. The other issue is, lifetime of the product. Not lifetime (as in forever) or lifetime of the person (maybe another 70, 80 90 years). Saying a handbag has a five or six year lifetime seems generous to me.

Exactly. Totally agree. And I just realized the person with the peeling patent said her bag was a few years old.

Did you use the bag? Then it is normal wear and tear. It is on a part of the bag that is used every day.

Fading, rub spots and the like are wear and tear. Color transfer is from wear.

She said its a few years old so I'm assuming it's wear and tear.
