I forgot about the birthday excuse! How early is too early to shop for one's birthday? Asking for a friend.

My problem with that strategy is I can't wait to use my birthday/anniversary purchase so then by the time the actual event comes, I'm like wait I need a new gift..... ( I don't generally get one but just that slight feeling of disappointment of not having a new gift).

In my experience, when I shop for myself, for my own birthday, I can't do it too early (weeks, months in advance) as when I do, come by birthday, I'll feel like I did not treat myself to anything. Lol. For me I need to do it about 1 week prior at the EARLIEST. Hahaha!

I just did a search on youtube for the "un birthday" as I haven't seen AIW in DECADES! LOL. Oh my gosh! I started LAUGHING! Hilarious! Yes! We can always celebrate our "un birthdays"!
