No it didn't. I borrowed both straps from my Tom Wesselman Rogue top handle bag. 😁
I don't like the straps the bag came with so I just went shopping in my closet. I was gonna go through all the colors in the print if that brown didn't work.
This one has red, white(therefore pink), yellow stitches, navy, and black.
