it's resolving but this has not been the easiest or best purchasing experience I've ever made. Needless to say I'm getting my money back. Chanel are pretty hard on refunds so despite them telling me the item is fine, my guess is they would not have agreed to this unless they saw what I'm seeing. I think the refund is also in part because I was given a proper runaround for almost two weeks by the SA.I haven't given up on Chanel though, and am hoping they will have the cardholder in the same series again.
