What Gucci Have You Bought This Year and What's on Your List For 2018?

Bought 2 Gucci purses this year. Well, technically, 1 because DH bought the other one. Both are airport purchases. I bought the Padlock bag at Heathrow T4 in May and he bought the marmont crossbody at CDG a couple of weeks ago. The only Gucci left on my wishlist right now is the men’s supreme GG backpack I want to use for travelling with my toddler as I think it’ll be more comfortable and convenient than my LV Neverful GM. And then maybe the thinner GG marmont belt in brown. Bought the regular sized one last year in black.

For this Winter, I’d quite fancy some turban or headband of some sort.

The Gucci shoes kind of crept up on me starting in 2016 or thereabouts. I now have 1 Ace, 4 Marmonts, 2 Brightons, 2 Princetowns, 1 Princetown slingback, 1 1953 loafer, 5 Jordaans. 5 pairs were purchased in 2018. I have another 2 on order. Here is the unofficial Gucci section of my shoe cupboard.

Not at all! It’s super fluid. I know how you feel. I crushed on this bag for almost 3 years. Went into every Gucci store I walked past to try it on. I just had to have it. Lol

Not sure how I feel about the price though, hence the reason why I haven't bought it yet (wish Gucci still had sales, then this RTW piece would definitely be on my list) . Also not familiar with their cardigans, no idea how they hold up.
But it's definitely a cardi that I can see myself wearing for several years. And it would be a perfect match with my red Arabesque Supreme crossbody bag .

Other than that, I also kind of like this Lion head ring:

All my Gucci RTW have bee amazing through the years, but oh boy that price is steep. I can see why this cardi would be perfect for though, really something special. If you don't get it now, check YOOX from time to time and the outlets.

I like the black, the green eyes and the gold is more eye-catching. The Lion is very bold. Check out the real silver pieces too.

Yes, I knew you would see why I love this cardi so much .
But I agree, I also decided that I find the price too steep right now. So I'll definitely keep an eye on Yoox and visit an outlet from time tot time. They recently had a tweed jacket with Spaniel dogs on the front, so perhaps these cardi's might hit the outlet as well in the future .

The bold Lion is growing on me as a statement piece/cocktail ring and would work well with the lion on my Chanel lucky charms 2.55 .
Did not see it in real life yet, but definitely going to check it out the next time I visit Gucci.
