her receipt should say "as is" on it, she may of even had to initial it. depending on what the flaw is depends on the discount, at my store, we typically off 20% off the lowest price (at the very least). the lowest outlet price on that bag is $207.99 right now. With the (minimum) 20% discount, you're looking at $166ish right now for that bag. that FS does void the coach warranty and you are unable to return it to a coach store.
