I use The Superior Labor William Morris fabric/leather pen case as my catch-all. I keep my tweezers, nail clippers, eye drops, hair tie, etc. in here. Some pics from the Baum-kuchen website where I got it:

LV Mini Pochette and Cosmetic GM. I have them both in Mono as well as Azur, and I just use what goes with each bag the best. My darker bags get the Mono versions; lighter ones get the DA.
