I googled the Hawaiian bangles and I like them alot. I am going to keep looking into those.

I love Greensleaves bracelet but I suspect that is probably still over budget. I agree with everyone, will stay away from the hollow ones.

greensleaves - are you able to list the website of where you got yours made? I looked at your other thread and since you have purchased from someone before, it would be more trustworthy. :)

greensleaves - are you able to post the name of the website from where you had your bracelet made? I am leaning more and more towards this option personally as well and would like to buy from someone reputable as you have already purchased from them before...

charl58, have you looked at Coordinates Collection? They make some beautiful cuffs that are totally personalized. I ordered a YG Legend ring from them and received it today - it's just gorgeous! Will definitely order more from them in the future. From a distance the cuffs could be mistaken for a Love...

I think you should shop around. $1000 for a hollow 14kt gold bangle seems high. If you're anywhere near a wholesale jewellery district - I'm thinking NYC or LA, as examples - you'd do much better negotiating a deal. I almost bought a 14kt bangle that looked heavier than that for $400US in LA (until someone talked me out of it. :censor:).

I love the bangle you've posted, but agree on not getting a hollow piece. Perhaps you could have it made in a solid version? Do you have any gold jewellery you don't wear that you could "put towards" it?
