Wear that bracelet as is for a bit before going to get things worked on. That tip of the link is kinda a charm bracelet thing and I have never noticed it being a problem. It is a bit hard to tell from your photos, but it looks as if even though the end 'shows' it isn't actually just bent into place and unsecured. Mine are both like this and a third one from my MIL's collection looks like this but isn't actually "loose" so you may be just fine! Gypsy may have better screen (or eyes!) than mine and be seeing something I am missing, but hopefully it won't be a problem.
