I got to try on the new HIppie and did not find that I could wear it as a crossbody comfortably. I am 5'8'' and size 10-12. It might be okay on a petite person, but it hit me at the waist. The metallic is gorgeous in person. Too much bling for me personally, and the short strap made me pass on it.

I just called CS about the Kristin Hobo 14769, and it's not suppose to release in store until March sometime. The chalk and yellow leathers are now available to order. The chalk may be similar to the bone or to a gray color, the lady wasn't sure because the pics are not available yet. The drop on the shoulder strap is 12" and the longer strap is 20". She gave a long list of colors that will being coming out later including gold, raisin, navy, turquoise, black, taupe, and i think red.

Ooh. . .I like. :D I wonder if the black will be the same "polish finish" as the current Madisions. I love that suble sparkle. Has anyone seen this? Does anyone know when we can get this and what the dimentions are? I was also thinking about a Madison carryall in black, but they never seemed to surface. This might be better. Want!

Me too! I really like this bag...it reminds me of the Marc Jacobs Outsider bag...which I loved except for the size...it was too big...this one looks more manageable.

Here I was thinking my wallet was safe!! :p

The carryalls are suppose to be out next week...finally!!

Haha, thanks. :kiss: I'm hoping it will be useful, since most of the info you'd have to sift through this thread for is there. I'm trying to keep it updated, so a picture may be posted by itself initially, then quoted later with more info (^^ which might be how you saw the picture but not more info). But it's still way easier to look through than looking here.

I just saw this bag IRL at my FP store. It is gorgeous. The leather is different, it kind of looked like fabric. The hardware was beautiful and the bag itself was lightweight and comfy. The only thing negative was the strap, it is very thin and skimpy. The chain strap is gorgeous but the shorter one not so much.
The bag belonged to one of the SA's and she is very happy with it. I didn't ask the price as I was deluding myself and saying I wasn't going to buy one. I haven't been able to think of anything since ;)
