I first called Coach customer service and had them confirm availability/being able to back order the bag, color selections, and shipping date. At first, I was told by customer service that the bag wouldn't be available to order until May but then upon some additional research, it turns out that the bag is actually due to ship out on March 16th. I then called my local Coach store to place my PCE order. It also helped that the Coach SA that I worked with was quite interested in the embroidered bags as this particular store didn't know anything about them. It took a while for my SA to figure out how to be able to place the PCE order on the bags for me since the stock availability for JAX is currently showing up as "0".
