I ordered a double zip giant reverse and received it today. I'm so disappointed with the workmanship :( It's made in USA.
One zipper is not properly installed, the monogram side has creases...
I ordered it online and shipped to store. I showed the flaws to the SA and she said "canvas is very soft so it's normal". I don't think this is an excuse for imperfections. :facepalm:
I have one double zip pochette in empreinte Leather (Beige/Dore) and it's perfect, not like this new double zip giant reverse. So sad

It definitely doesn’t look so good and doesn’t look like a luxurious bag at all :/
They must be joking thinking a person is paying that much for a bag and gets this ...
Did they offer you to exchange it ?
I understand your disappointment
I live in Europe and most of our items here are made in France and it definitely looked better

I believe the creases are from storing the strap in that compartment. Mine look the same. The zipper part though, would bother me.

Exactly, it doesn't look like a luxury purse :no:
I returned it this morning and purchased a Lady Dior woc instead.

I thought the double zip pochette in monogramme and reverse giant monogramme canvas will be popular but it doesn’t appear to be so. Videos of its reveal on YT are very few compared to other bags. Any idea why is it so?

I have it and like it but I do feel it’s expensive for what it is. I had hoped it would be the size of the twice but it is smaller So wearing it as a crossbody on me (5’8”) it’s just kind of off looking. I love the reverse pattern but it’s going to be used more as a pouch in my other bags and for $1300 it’s a more expensive pouch than most probably want.
