Neiman Marcus!! That store has everything.

Saks is so overrated to me, and Nordstrom..well it literally has nothing in there.

Bergdorf..the way they have things set up, seems more like a museum then a clothing store.

Bergdorfs is simply fabulous (the actual store). No other store can come close to it. Although, it is a little intimidating so I would prefer Nordstrom if I was going to buy anything.

I said Saks but because it is the most convenient (a few blocks from my job) and they seem to have anything and everything I want. They don't have great deals but the customer service has been outstanding on my two shopping sprees there (to get sunglasses and jeans) and I left with things that I loved and felt the salespersons were very helpful and honest and that I actually bought what looked best...
I don't live near a Nordstrom or NM and when I have gone into BG I have felt overwhelmed and out of my league and I left without trying anything on.
I do love Bloomingdales also.
I love the Saks credit card too...

wow!!!

i would have to say saks & nordies. i've shopped there looking like total crap and did not feel discrimanated against. nm i felt like they thought i was going to steal something.

Neiman Marcus for brand selection and for some amazing deals I've gotten. Customer service has been consistently good and have been happy with my products. Customer service has gone above and beyond a couple times. Manager approved a Price adjustment on a miumiu bag that was a 50% savings! :heart: - I was over the date by a week! They have done nothing to let me down as of yet. :tup:

Nordstrom is too confusing as far as what stores carry what HE brands right now since they are just breaking into the market. The sales are not that great as far as I am concerned. Rewards program is ok, love their rewards nights. Online store does not carry many HE brands. Customer service GREATLY varies on the phone and live chat. Shipping is super super slow and they, especially lately, cancel about 3 out of 5 orders, even on non-sale items (??). I still enjoy going to my local NS though.

Saks, just no!! Don't like to talk about it! :yucky:

Well, there is only a Saks in my town, so I say Saks by default! But I have been to NM and Nordstroms a couple of times in another states, and have gotten good service from both.
