What do you prefer? Saks, NM, BG or Nordies?

Just out of curiosity.. which of these 4 stores/sites do you like the best or buy the most from?? I think it'd be interesting to see the results

I would do all my shopping at Nordstrom if I could. Hands down, they have the best customer service. The ones near me don't carry brands that I'm interested in like Chanel or Balenciaga though. For higher end stuff, I have no choice but to go to Neiman Marcus.

Nordstrom! Such great customer service. I also try to buy everything I can there. At least the Valley Fair one is starting to carry more higher end stuff, good to look at, bad for my wallet. TBD and Savvy is still my favorite departments to shop in! Also, Nordies is more suitable for my lifestyle.

It's a toss-up for me between Saks and NM, but I guess I buy more from Saks.

Saks, and only because of my wonderful SA. For customer service I'd without a doubt have to pick Nordstrom.

Er...............maybe you should come to Nordies in my city. I actaully stopped going in the store b/c I can NEVER get any help. The SA's in my Nordies just stand around talking to each other and will give you a glance a few times but never any help. I actually walked around for 20min! once trying to get help with an item and ended up not buying it b/c I couldn't find anyone to help me!!!!

I've always heard about Nordies great cust. serv. & b/c of my experience, that has always baffled me. Guessing from all the everyone else gives them, I think maybe its just my store then?


BTW........I wasn't in sweats any of the times I was in there.



My vote goes to NM for their selection.

saks! My saks always has the best selection and the SA are always so nice and helpful. For whaterver reason my Neimans has HORRIBEL customer service.

Nordies.....I'd have to say NM is the worst for me....all the girls just stand around and chat. I normally shop in very comfortable clothes and they definitely give me the up & down once before going back to their conversations. I do have a wonderful shoe SA there though so that's the only thing I shop for when I'm there.
