Balenciaga

I bought a bag recently where I had a stud pop off within 2 weeks of buying it. I never had any problems with my old Balenciagas. It took the Balenciaga store over a month to fix it and get my bag back to me.

I have a ten year old ferragamo clutch that looks as new as the day I bought it

I had a stud fall off one of mine too (happened a few years ago on a 2010 bag). Never had issues with hardware on my older Bal bags, though I found the leather to be more delicate.
