In STL, I notice a lot of Tiffany silver and Konstantino. Most engagement rings are from locally recognized jewelers, so lots of custom rings or settings like Tacori.
In Nashville, Tiffany is very popular. King Jewelers has brought some serious watches to town like Hubot and Patek Phillipe. Most designer jewelry you'll see in Nashville that is not Tiffany will be in the Vanderbilt area, where many East Coast transplants live.
In New Orleans, it's all about Migonne Faget and Adler's.
I see EVERYTHING in Chicago. Chicago has all of the big stores and even the department stores sell fine, fine jewelry. I notice lots of Cartier love bracelets and Yurman... But branded or not, I notice lots of large colored diamonds (or just large diamonds).

On campus and off, mostly Tiffany & Co. Its usually the college or high school girls though. I think girls here are more into bags as I see more variations of those lol.

People are laid back in hawaii. I m very fond of those wearing very tropical exotic flowers. I travell alot to asian cities. Here is what I see,
China-Tons of local made Chanel pearl choker, Juicy Couture, Cartier Love Collection, Tiffany silver. But, really impressed by a piece of burmese jade necklace (imagine total 5 jades each weigh over 20 carats) necklace displayed in a highend jade shop. $$$$
Japan-Dior, cartier, Chanel. I saw a couple good vintage gold/diamond pieces very delicate & lovely.
Singapore-More of plastic,blingblings, topshop, guess alikes.

Well I always see Tiffany & Co. sterling because I always wear it. But otherwise I only see girls wearing Tiffany silver, otherwise it's a lot of costume jewelry. A couple teachers have an hermes watch or Van Cleef & Arpels necklace, but otherwise nothing.
