Not really a purse, but I've been using this Coach Mini Skinny in Rose Gold while the weather is super rainy and sticking it in my back pocket. (Odd note about this: the zipper teeth are yellow gold, but the pull-tag for the zipper, the Coach emblem and the key ring are rose gold. I think it was either an oversight or their manufacturer didn't have rose gold zippers or cost constraint? I'm not sure. I wish it all matched though.)

Curious why you find her weird? I really can't tell from the pic the difference, is it the feel of the leather? Love the fob on her!

Well, she's kind of an odd duck. Her leather is yummy like bags of the Madison line from 2011-2012. Her hardware is that very yellow brass that was used at one time as opposed to what is used now. But while she's got the new creed with no style number, the style number she does have ( on the tiny slip of paper sewn into the inner zippered pocket ) is that of the original Madison Carries, only with an F in front. When Coach moved the Madison line to be MFF, I know they changed style numbers on the Phoebes, so I figured an MFF Carrie would have a new style number ( I could be wrong though). Coach had also already re-styled the Carrie to look different than the one I have. I would have expected her to look more like the newer Carries had she been MFF from the get-go. Mine looks totally like a first gen Carrie except for her creed and hang tag. When I saw her in the outlet, I gasped LOUDLY ( haha ) because she looked exactly like the old school FP Carries. She seems to have elements of both FP and MFF. That's why I call her a hybrid..lol. (Sorry if my explanation made it more confusing. I'm hopped up on strong coffee! ) It was instant love for me though...which is why she came home with me. ;)

My MFF Zoe doesn't have the long strap either. Generally the older MFF Zoes are nicer than the newer ones.
I know this is an old post, but I was wondering how you can tell an older MFF Zoe from a newer one. Do they have different model numbers? Also, how does a MFF Zoe and a FP Zoe differ? MFF is made for factory? FP, full price? Sorry, I'm fairly new here.

I was cleaning out my closet today and saw my Zoe (that I bought at an outlet a while back) and decided to start using her again. :)

The mff is going to have an F just before the style number (after the dash.) I think the important part is going to be the year, which is indicated by the two digits after the very first letter, so 11 means 2011. I'm not sure when the quality dropped. Maybe around 2012 or 2013.

Thanks for your reply. My style number indicates the year to be 2009, but after browsing the old Zoe club thread, I think it's one of the "newer" ones without the buckles. Regardless, I love it and will be using it again. I think my mom may have the older one.

Rebecca Minkoff bags with rose gold hardware also have yellow gold zipper teeth. Hm, that makes me wonder if the zipper people just don't make rose gold zippers!
