I know this has been touched on somewhat before, but I am curious as to what others do.

I work long weeks and tend to schlep a lot of stuff to work. Laptop, flip flops for after work errands, a jug of ice tea to keep at work for the week, work papers, lunch, laptop etc.

I have two laptop bags, but they don't fit bulkier stuff and sometimes I end up dragging three bags into the office. Huge pain in the rear!!

Any good bag suggestions? How do you all transport your "stuff?"

I have a work laptop that comes home with me every night so I got a nice Samsonite laptop backpack...I needed something TSA friendly because I travel with it too. So when I need to schlep "stuff", I have a good amount of room in there.

I tend to carry my Sophias, Mollys, etc to work because a satchel works for work days. I lean toward shoulder bags for weekends, shopping, etc when I need hands free.

Ooooh. Backpack!! Brilliant. Never thought of that. Good Lord you just opened my eyes to a whole new category of bag items!!

A computer backpack is an excellent option as long as it's not heavy and you're not carrying it for an extended amount of time. I travel each week for work and carried a heavy one through airports for over 20 years but after numerous pinched nerves in my back and shoulder had to give it up. Now I use a wheeled computer bag and carry a Tanner or Bleecker Business tote. I hook the handles of the tote over my computer bag for easy transport. I frequently carry 2 laptops and a tablet.

My tanner is great when I have a lot, candace or a le pliage are also in rotation. I have a separate laptop bag for my laptop, which comes home with me almost every night.

I use the ticking stripe baby bag. Here she is "stuffed" for an average day. I usually carry one or two pairs of shoes, lunch bag with water bottle, can of soda, Coach wristlet, papers, books, and anything else I might need for a day teaching middle school. I carried this bag every day this past school year, and she is in great shape. I actually used the changing pad to keep her off of the floor at work.:roflmfao:
I love the side pockets for my keys and work id.

Clever girl! I love how you use the changing pad to rest your purse on.

I used to use a backpack for the laptop, it was just easier on my shoulders/back compared to other ways of carrying a laptop (shoulder bag, cross body bag, hand carry bag).

For my computer, I designed my own bag at zazzle. I think they are rickshaw messenger bags if I remember right. They are great and durable to carry anywhere in any weather. Plus I designed it.

For the plane, I use the Park hobo as my carryon. Large and holds all the stuff you usually need in the airport.

large borough definitely, holds a laptop extra shoes, all my personal stuff, and papers, etc... Sometime I even think about getting the extra large, but I dont want it in camel or white.

I am 5'2" and the XL Borough is practically larger than my children!!! :-). I have thought about the large, but it may be too structured. I haven't given it a fair try though. Thanks for the suggestion.
