What are your favorite burgundy/ oxblood/ wine/ plum bags for fall?

I've been wishing for the YSL chyc med tote in dark magenta since winter/spring this year. I have never seen it irl though

Then, the second I laid eyes on the Mulberry Bayswater in black forest...I knew I really wanted that too. Plus, I was already hoping to get the Mulberry del Rey in black forest!!!?? So those are my top 2-3 designer ones but...the list is growing with less expensive bags including MMK astrid in claret.

For the more cost-conscious consumer, these are real stunners too. I've seen the Madewell version in a storefront display but did not have the time to investigate. Looks a lot better IRL than online.

excellent point, I just checked and I would save about £100 by buying in Italy, but can I bear to let it travel in the hold on the plane coming home, I wish I could buy it it's very own seat

I just thought about something....If you fly Easyjet you might not be allowed to carry two bags...What I would do if that was the case is...fly to Florence with a very cheap purse, put it in your luggage on the way back and take the Ferragamo as your "normal" handbag....It will travel with you!
