I love both, you should get which ever you love most and would wear the most. I would really love to see what the ring looks like on!

I love the ring....resizing is a big problem unless you alternate between ring and middle finger. I guess that design looks great on index too, if you can carry it well.

Cartier doesn't make good looking two tone watches. A Ballon Bleu looks best in all steel or all gold. I don't like the diamond markers as I think their Roman nuneral is very 'Cartier'.

OMG the watch and ring are soo pretty i love the diamond markers they add up to the watch.. if the ring moves it pretty if i dsent i dot kw i'll lokok chuky a bet

I'd go for the watch--but I'm biased because I just got it in all YG (no diamond markers) and I'm crazy about it.

I have a friend with the SS/YG and it looks great too. Although Cartier does a beautiful pink gold, I would hesitate because it might not always be in fashion (RG seems to go in and out of style about every 100 yrs!). The Carter YG is a gorgeous distinctive shade-almost an apricot tint compared to my other YG stuff. It's bright but not "loud" if you know what I mean.

Anyway, I think the watch will be more distinctive than the ring, just MHO. Good luck with whatever you decide.
