So sorry! I did look at it but then forgot to post. Both the one she wears everyday and the one she rarely wears has indents on the links that seem to make it sit in a particular way, although the clasp isn’t as severe aa yours is.

That being said, your clip has a separation that shouldn’t be there, did you get the bracelet caught on anything by chance? Have it pull?

Thank you - that's helpful to know! Yes, my clasp is separated too, though it looks much more severe in the close-up. I think I'm going to just take it to a silversmith to just build in the indent and clasp closure.

I would take it in to Tiffany’s first and just see what they say. You never know. I have had really excellent service experience with them.
