I am more concerned of the innocent buyer being victimized by this seller, making the buyer think he/she is getting a bag depicted on the photos.

I can only imagine the anger and stress a person must feel to be taken by an Ebay scammer!

JH, sorry this has happened to you. Please watermark your pictures when you post them here. There's a free program I use (www.uconomix.com the program is called ulite).
This is proof - again - that faksters do populate our board and abuse the information they find here.
Fortunately your pictures are so distinct that I would always recognize them, as most of our regular members here.

I tried to report them for you but I got so far and came to this message, it was a note at the end:

"You must own the rights to the text or images you are reporting for unauthorized use"

Does this mean only you can report them? I would like to help if I can, I see the listings are still up, I hope they get pulled for you soon. Have you contacted the seller?

The Birkin auctions have now been pulled (both from Ebay France and from Ebay US - not sure if they were on any other Ebay sites but I think when they're gone from the US site, they're gone everywhere else Ebay operates). The other "designer" bag auctions are still running, though.
