Hello Everyone,

I just received a pm from our wonderful TPfer Duna informing me of an orange 35cm birkin at Ebay. When I checked the item, the photos the vendor used were of my 40cm HAC in orange clemence and 50cm Birkin in gold clemence. The seller is misrepresenting the item he/she is selling with the use of someone else's photos. Don't buy this item. I don't know this seller and have not given him/her permission to use my photos. The item is described as a 35cm birkin but using someone else's photos of a 40cm HAC in a different leather. Just unbelievable.

I have reported both of them now, but jaegerhomme, you can also report that your pictures were stolen. It's an option when you report the auctions.... Good luck! Your pictures are beautiful (as are your bags) and I'm sorry someone is misusing them in this way.

Wow- it's not like it's terribly hard to find pics of a 35cm Birkin. Can't even understand the reasoning behind using pics of three different bags :shrugs:

This happened to me about 2 years ago with the picture of the Birkin that's in my avatar. So maddening when you find a picture of your bag on ebay with some fradulent seller-made me feel almost violated. JH, I'm very sorry that you're now having to go through the same thing.
