Wallet repair taking forever!

Is anyone else experience a LONG backlog with their repairs? I’m seeking advise. To help calm down my mom.

Going on 6 months niw. Nobody knows anything, and I have to Everyone.

Do you see progression on your repair account on LV website? I had a couple of repairs done in past few months and it was done in timely manner. I could track exactly what was happening on the website. Where exactly is your repair stuck?

Oh no, my dropped off her wallet in store. She has no online account with them. So their no way for her to check on the status except call. :/

No matter online never updates. Still shows my original dates of repair with no updates meaningless.

My CA informed me new repairs will take longer…minimum of 20 weeks.

Yes, I have a repair that is taking forever. I had one I dropped off in Oct and was quoted 8 weeks, got it back in 4. Dropped one off in early Nov, quoted 8 weeks, it’s been 3+ months and still waiting. I have texted my SA but no reply yet ☹. I am guessing because of the lockdowns repairs are taking longer. You can look at your online account and it will give you an idea of where in the process it is. Mine has been “in progress” for a long time.

I dropped off my repair on October 28th 2021 and the app never showed that the repair was completed. One day I called LV customer service and they told me my repair had been completed on December 31st! No one ever informed me. I finally picked it up at the beginning of January and the store took nearly an hour to find it as the CA’s didn’t know that it had been stored in their safe instead of with the usual repairs.
