In general, you need to put CC# down, and when they have one in store, they'll notify you and you have 24-48 hours to come in to see in person, and make decision (or you just purchase when they have the bag and have them sent to you!). After that, it goes to the person after you!

Sorry for digging up an old thread, but did you eventually get your bag? I got the same story today about the pandemic slowing down the production and a year-long wait for the most popular classic bag. I wonder if it's legit or just a story because the floor staff doesn't know when they're getting stock?

I was on a waitlist for black rectangular mini. I don’t know how long the list is but I was told that at least this summer. So I assume for a popular piece like the medium classic flap in caviar can be as long or even longer?

Black Medium flap (small & jumbo) and Black minis (and probably maxi) are two different category as far as I know. The formers are classics that comes in no matter the season and Black minis are not made all the time and considered seasonal offerings so it really depends on whether they made that in the current season or not ;)

I was on the waitlist for Black M/L for about 2-3 weeks until it got shipped to me last year. Generally these are produced and shipped to the stores quite consistently throughout the year, so you should be able to get one as long as you wait.

Yes it's totally okay. However you might end up multiples of the same style shipped to you when they become available around the same time, which happened to me lol Really wish the SAs had given me a headsup before they shipped the items out.

I’m on the waitlist for a classic flap bag medium size in black. My SA confirmed that I’m the 2nd in the waitlist. Have anyone currently purchased the classic flap? What is the timeframe? I really want to get it before the price increase. :(
