Thanks so much everyone! Based on everyone’s feedback, I think I’ll definitely need to get it shortened. I can always put it on another chain and turn it into a choker (doesn’t have to be two VCA Bracelets).
I’m also leaning towards getting the WG guilloche as my second piece (know that’s what I want deep down). I love the agate on its own as a pop of color, and I think both bracelets are beautiful alone. I can always build separate WG and YG stacks and switch depending on my mood / outfit
My other question is:
1. Does anyone with the WG guilloche know how easy it is to scratch relative to the YG guilloche and other motifs? I know the YG guilloche is pretty easy to scratch. My assumption is the agate will be more carefree. I wouldn’t be wearing the bracelet 24-7 but also don’t want to baby it too much.
2. For people who wear their bracelets with JUC, how do you make sure the pointy end of the nail doesn’t scratch the motifs? I put it on with my small JUC and kept getting worried that the nail would scratch it. Maybe this is less of a concern once I shorten the bracelet and it stops moving up and down my arm.
Thanks again for all the helpso in love with my new piece!
Tbh, if you have medium to long hair and tend to leave your hair down most of the time, it really doesn't make a difference what you use to extend the bracelet to necklace, people will only see the 5 motif from the front anyway

I only have a WG guilloche HP pendant and so far haven't experience any scratches or lost of shine. My bestfriend has the YG guilloche bracelet and she did complain about fine scratches from stacking and the accumulation of dirt that make the guilloches appear a bit dull. I think you'll be fine as long as you wipe it clean after each wear though, and then bring it in to the boutique for proper cleaning once in a while. Once you resize your bracelets to a snugger fit it'll help to reduce frictions too.
