Victorine wallet wear and tear?

An update, my husband brought it into the store for me. The lady there think it's not normal because the wallet looks really new and the peeling is just happened to one little corner. She took some pictures of the wallet and she will send it off to the service Centre and get back to us. She said they either repair it or replace a new one for me. Will provide further update once I heard back from LV.
Hope you managed to get it replaced or repaired! Mine got repaired very quickly

I purchased my Victorine Wallet on 27 May this year, and just yesterday I already saw cracks in the glazing. Not even 2 months old, and it's already started. Will take it to the store today and see what my SA thinks. I'm so sad. It's such a beautiful and functional wallet but is may be very prone to issues?

In my country, we use bills most of the time and the first time I placed more bills in the wallet, it creased like crazy! I didn't expect this to happen within a month's use. The bills were not too many or too thick to begin with!
Will the store take it back or will they just say it's "just normal wear and tear"?

I have the same issues with my monogram Victorine. My SA told me it’s normal wear and tear but I insisted it’s not normal. I asked her to check with her repair team if it can be fixed or if it’s normal. How come the leather crumpled/creased badly when I didn’t put a lot inside the bag. It happened after 5 months. Long story short, she allow me to do exchange. Good luck on your wallet..

Good news! My friend and I went to LV yesterday and without any fuss, they allowed an exchange for my wallet! My friend and I were ecstatic! We really prayed that LV won't give us a hard time. Answered prayer! And here's my replacement wallet -- Jeanne with fuchsia interior!
I know it's not in DE (which I prefer more) but it's beautiful, functional and has detachable pouch and cardholder that I can use in my smaller bags. I hope we won't problems with this one.
Also, my friend bought the mono Rosalie coin purse with RB interior. She's so over the moon with it!

You are so fortunate you could return after 5 months and exchange for something you like. I’d love to return mine, it’s been used three times with negative consequences, but I’ve had it a year so uncomfortable complaining to LV about it. Happy for you though!
