I'd pass on Victoria's Secret (for clothing and shoes, anyway).

Like others have said, I end up returning most of what I buy. They make their merchandise look really good in the catalogue and what you see isn't what you get!

I ordered a tweed blazer from VS a couple years ago when they were really popular. It looked adorable online. When I received it, the hem on both arm holes were uneven. Also, the patern of the material didn't match up at the seams. There was no question about keeping it. I popped that sucker back in the mail!

Ive ordered a lot of stuff from them last year.. I got sweaters and body suits. They are nice and cheap too. In fact Im wearng one of the bodysuits to work now..

size 4 or small should be okay for you. The thing is, im super petite and their xs's are baggy on me. I'm fairly certain that a size 6 would be too big.

also, their shirts are fine, but NEVER buy jeans from them. The first time i placed an order for jeans online, i purchased 3 pairs on a spur. When they arrived, i was really really disappointed.

thanks dolie for the heads up. I'm still contemplating to order frm VS as I'll do some international shipping, the cost is fairly high, and cant afford any frustration.... quess I'll stick with Topshop and Zara then...

I don't like the clothing but I do order tees, pajamas and of course bras and panties. I'm 5'1" 130lbs and I get the XS in pjs cause the bottoms are too big if I get a small.

I've ordered from VS a lot in the past and have never been satisfied with the quality of their clothes (appearance, fit, etc). Now I only order swimsuits, lounge wear, pjs, and lingerie. I'm very pleased with the quality of these items.

Yesterday I finally received my 3 sets of hoodies/pants and I am very pleased!

One set was Terry and the other two Velour! Light material now for summer; I am US 6 and the Medium fit perfect; very saturated and bright colors; overall very happy with this purchase. These little things are excellent to hang out in/run errands with. In the past I have purchased Juicy Couture, but was so annoyed at how long the pants were! These VS are perfect! :yes:

I'm a UK 4-6 and I'm a US 00-0 in VS' clothing...just for your reference, I'm UK6 in topshop, XS/34 in ZARA. I think you should be fine with 2 (if you like things tight) or a 4 (for more comfortable wear). US sizes run more generous comparing to the EU sizes imo.

As for the quality, well, I have only ordered once from them and I'll never buy anything again since the quality is really poor...:( but I know some other girls who buy from them and love their clothings. I think it's ok for some trendy clothes that you will only wear one season...but for coat, jeans (more durable pieces), I won't recommand VS.

And I heard their bikini and lingeries are pretty good, but I personally have never tried any.
