I am very fond of the Tiffany Victoria earrings (the ones with four marquise diamonds). Is this a unique design by Tiffany? The reason for asking is that I saw a well known jeweler with earrings in the very same design and I would like to know if this jeweler has made earrings "inspired" by Tiffany or if it is a design that has been around for ages, even long before the Tiffany Victoria collection.

I just bought a pair today, the mini size. I also have a bracelet custom made from a jeweler with the marquis flower clasp.
I could have gotten the earrings custom made for much less but The Tiffany Victoria earrings were affordable for me (the bracelet was not) I feel like although it can be replicated I just prefer how Tiffany makes this line if it is in budget.

I also have DBTY style bracelets that I purchased elsewhere as this style to me is easy to replicate.

Victoria is a copyrighted design by Tiffany and Company. Is it possible the design was created (or something similar) in a vintage piece- yes. However Tiffany owns the rights to the design now. Like the DBTY collection many jewelers still create inspired by pieces.

I have seen several online jewelers with a "marquis flower clasp" bracelet although no one has mentioned the name Tiffany or Victoria in their descriptions. I myself asked a jeweler to custom make a marquis flower clasp on my tennis bracelet and it was no problem. Not sure at all what specifics are on copyright laws though. The DBTY design is on every jewelers website that I know of but obviously called something else.

DBTY is also copyrighted but many jewelers still create inspired pieces. I guess as long it isn’t an exact duplicate it doesn’t break the law? :confused1:

Thanks for the information. I didn’t know that Tiffany owns the rights to this design. I have seen inspired Victoria pieces at my local jeweler but I prefer Tiffany’s.

OP - the Victoria line was introduced by Tiffany in 1997. I absolutely love this line and I plan to add more Victoria pieces down the road.

Please direct me if there is a main Tiffany Victoria thread. This is what came up in a search.
I am looking for a diamond tennis bracelet and was interested in the Tiffany Victoria diamond bracelet as an option. I found a pretty option online, but I can't find it on the website. Does anyone know if this is discontinued, or not a model that was made by Tiffany. I have only been able to find the Victoria bracelet that has one flower motif on a line tennis bracelet and the Victoria cluster bracelet that has alternating motifs with the flower.
Are there any other options you would recommend that are a combination of a classic tennis bracelet and with some different shaped diamonds interspersed? (It does not have to be the Victoria line). Thank you.

Nicole, this is what comes up on my search.

Thank you very much Twelve! I finally found one in the style I asked about posted online by a Tiffany SA, but it was back in Feb 2019, so it may be sold out. I will have my SA do a search when the stores open again. I have hope there is one hanging around. If it is not available, do you prefer the simple line bracelet with the marquise flower clasp or the alternating motif version?

Nicole, I love this one for going out. I do not have this one yet.

For everyday wear (shopping, grab lunch or even at work) the simple line with marquise flower clasp would give me a lot of joy.
Do you know how you would like to wear the piece? I have a weakness for jewelry (actually more than one weakness ). I buy what I love and I don’t worry cost per wear.

Thank you. I recently discovered the Vine line, and the earrings are also equally stunning! I like how this has a streamlined yet vintage look to it.
I like to wear diamond bangles or tennis bracelets daily, since it gives me a lot of joy to look down at my wrist and see them. I would probably wear it casually, but my work environment is professional so nice jewelry is not out of place. My current bracelet collection is mostly Tiffany, Cartier and VCA, with a few custom pieces mixed in. I tend to not wear my vca alhambra bracelets since the floppy style is not as pleasant for constant wear. Lately I have been wearing some Loves on my right wrist daily (the rainbow and thin diamond), but that is mostly because I made a mission to wear my jewelry more while I have a more housebound lifestyle than usual. Of course I could learn a new language or deep clean the house, but organizing and wearing my jewelry in new combinations is much more fun!
The new diamond bracelet would either be the simple line bracelet to wear on my right wrist between the loves or perhaps instead of the thin one, or if a more complex design I would wear it on my left wrist behind my watch.

From my own experience with both Tiffany and Cartier they were able to locate from their New York main vault what I was looking for and forwarded to my local boutique . Once from a picture (not advertisement) in a magazine and another time from a display case in Hamburg Germany. My fingers crossed for you.

Thank you, that is encouraging. I’ve had wonderful experiences with Tiffany customer service as well. Last year I was looking for a diamond floral ring that I had seen in an old ad. The ring had been out of circulation for years but there were three left in the country. They transferred in all three for me to choose which one I liked the best! This was not even my usual boutique, since that one had closed the year before.
