Hello everyone,

For the Vancouverites here…does anyone have an SA they can refer me to?

Last time I was in was to decide between Cartier and a VCA bracelet. Well I went in first into Cartier and then into VCA. Night and day service!!!

Needless to say I opted for Cartier. Their customer service just sold me even though I had gone just to try on and had mentioned to the SA I was just looking and not ready to buy.

VCA was the complete opposite. The SA seemed not interested in showing me the pieces and somewhat cold. Anyhow, I want to go back in and try a few of their pieces but thought I’d ask here if there was anyone that could suggest an SA.

Thanks everyone!
Did you have to book an appointment to try on things? I'm not ready to buy as well because i'm deciding on what bracelet size to get but wanting to try first.

I did not have to book an appointment, however I had told them I was flying in from another city. I do not think my SA even remembered that I was coming tbh. But he certainly let me try on whatever I wanted to see that was in the boutique that day.

Thank you for letting me know! That’s nice to hear that you didn’t have to book! But interesting how he didn’t remember the appointment.

Hello I always prefer to book :
- as on busy days you can sometimes wait (Saturdays) and
- if you get the SA contact number you can send him a few days before what item you would like to see. So if they have it in another boutique (same town or near) they will make it to come to the boutique for your appointment 🤗

I doubt this would happen in the Vancouver boutique (for a first time buyer) but it's good advice and worth a try. It didn't work out when I indicated wish list items in advance of visiting.

@Jcabs - I agree it is best to book an appointment at the Vancouver Boutique. If you already know the items you want to try on, you can request to have the items set aside for you (if they have it in stock) when you arrive at the store.

I don’t have a boutique in Calgary and do all my shopping from Yorkdale store. Impeccable service and very responsive SA, even online he sends videos and pictures from different angles, overnight shipping, birthday gift etc. and I am not a VIP shopper.

It depends if you find a good SA. If you do not like your first SA, go back and book an appointment with a different one. With the amount of money being spent, you should feel like a valued customer.

Hi all,
My husband and I will be moving to Dubai, UAE in a couple of months time. Can anyone here kindly recommend a boutique (one with good service) or preferably an SA in Dubai, with whom they have shopped and the experience was pleasant.
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
Thanks
