Hello Ladies and Gents....I am travelling to Amsterdam in 2 1/2 weeks and leaving the EU from Dublin...does anyone know which tax refund service Hermes in Amsterdam uses.. I am used to using Global Blue, but it appears there is not a refund desk at Dublin Terminal 2. I don't want to buy in Amsterdam and not be able to process my refund in Dublin.
