I would say she had used a curling wand like the skinny sticks then ran her fingers through it for the hair to drop slightly then left for the wind do it its own effects on it during the day hope this helps

for all who don't have curls thats a option. but vanessa has curly hair. all women who have curls can see this is naturally. she doesn't need a curling tong to have her hair like this. she only needs to wash her hair, put some styling mousse in it and let dry.

Well i have curly hair myself and i find for a more defined curl, a wand works wonders and often takes some of the frizz away that can come threw out the day, also her extensions wont curl the same as naturally curly hair

maybe because she doesn't have extensions anymore? I have the same texture myself and leave-in conditioner and styling mousse made for curly/wavy hair help with the keeping the curl definition

i have clip in extensions that curl just the same as my own hair - but the curl tends to stay because they are under the rest of my hair, if that makes sense.
