i think that vanessa put up nude (not very flattering ones at that, ya i looked.. i'm a nosy b*tch don't hate :P) because she wanted to get rid of disney's binding contracts.

look at miley, she just can't get out and she keeps putting out tasteless photos.. she can't even come to canada because disney won't let her. (booo i wanna see miley in concert!!)

I think Kim Kardashian is a sleeze ball and a skank but she isn't fake about it. Her sex tape came out and she's milking it. It made her ridiculously famous, whatever. Kim was never a role model, her target audience was never a bunch of 10 year olds.

Kim Kardashian wasn't really famous until her sex tape- same with Paris Hilton. That's why I don't care. I don't idolize Kim Kardashian, she has nice clothes though.

Vanessa clearly is talented and got famous by working for it- got a contract with disney and is a role model to many many children. For her to know this and be aware of her target audience and continuously release nude photographs is absolutely tasteless.

I'm sure some of you are mothers- would you want your child idolizing someone and then googling their name only to find classless nude photographs of them on the internet? What kind of role model is that?

I'll bet you guys $10 more nudes get released around the premiere of her next big movie.

She doesn't give a damn about her fans, nor does she have any understanding of the fact that she is setting a super bad example or maybe she does know but she just doesn't care and that really makes me dislike her.

She just wants publicity and male attention clearly- not cool when you're a disney star.

And don't say Kim Kardashian's target audience is a younger crowd because I've watched my young cousins, siblings and other family members dance around to High School Musical on the TV but I don't think any of them even know who Kim Kardashian is.

Oh and I don't like Vanessa Hudgens because her lace flared pants she wore recently burned my eyeballs. Hideous.

i dunno, i don't think about it all that much. personally, i don't believe any celeb has a responsibility to live their lives according to who their fans are. i don't think any person has a responsibility to live for anyone but themselves. so what she does outside of acting.. i don't pay attention or judge because it's her deal, not mine, probably not meant to be anyone else's either. but that's just my opinion. whether it's bad or good, i don't hold celebs to any certain moral standard simply due to the fact that they're celebs. :shrugs:

Couldn't have said it better myself. Plus, those nude photos were so long ago, why still keep bringing it up? I remember in one of your old posts msJenna, you said you love Kim K. I guess you love her because she's a sleezeball? Also, just because your cousins or nieces do not love Kim K. does not mean all the other million kids in the world don't. I love this thread because I like to see people's point of view but I just wanted to say something because your argument is contradicting each other and it doesn't make sense. Both of them committed the same wrong act and while you called one stupid and slutty, you praised the other for being real. Just doesn't add up that's all. That's just my opinion.

I definitely agree with what you're saying, especially considering she's definitely NOT unattractive haha but it just always rubs me the wrong way when people respond with that if you say something about someone's looks.

You're allowed to have your own feelings towards Kim/Vanessa, whatever I don't care about that and I'm not going to try and change your mind because I'm not Vanessa's fan club president and I don't care if you like her or not.

However, the argument you give is simply ridiculous. It makes NO sense, you're basing all your opinions on assumptions that you've read/heard somewhere yet you're not really willing to acknowledge that they might be incorrect.

You don't KNOW whether her pictures were leaked by someone else or she leaked them herself, and you also don't know when the pictures were taken you can only assume, and we all know what happens when you do that.

And I don't understand how you can say she doesn't care about her fans? Who are you to make that assumption? You're not a fan of hers and don't even follow her career so I don't know where you're getting that. Because she has nude photos? So what. Yeah it sucks, and it's not something I would personally ever do, but she made that mistake and she's paid for it and now it's time to move on. Why must you crucify this girl for something stupid she did when she was 15/16?

Yeah, you don't have to hold a celebrity to a moral standard but when you're a disney star you're pretty much signing up to be a role model for a bunch of kids and you should not take advantage of that. It's absolutely unclassy.

You girls can keep standing up all you want for some trashy girl, I don't care. You can't really defend her when she leaked photos of herself TWICE and if you want to try go ahead but my mind is made up. She leaked them herself and there was a huge age gap in both sets of photos.

She's garbage. C'est tous.

Theres the thing, nobody in the public eye signs up to be a rolemodel, or should be a role model. Vanessa wanted to sing, dance, and act. Nobody wants to be a role model. That job does not belong to a teenager trying to make a living.

WOW....I don't usually respond to posts that are just going to perpetuate an argument in these threads but could you BE more angry about this msJenna?? "SHE'S GARBAGE"!!?? Really?? Like who the hell are YOU to be saying that about a woman you have NEVER met and you have absolutely NO proof she leaked those photos herself. And furthermore, she took some nude pictures of herself to send to her long distance boyfriend....for god's sake...if anyone on here has been in a long distance relationship I'm sure they know that it's not easy and you struggle to keep things like your sex life, etc. alive and healthy. I don't think it's that big of a deal at all!! It's her friggin business and her horrible luck that they were leaked. She is the one that has to live with that embarassment....(whether she leaked them herself or not!!) so what do you care!!??? I'm not looking to change your mind, you're opinion is just that....yours.....but I don't see the need for such anger or judgment is all???
