Grecian goddess: Vanessa Hudgens takes the plunge in a daring dress on the Jimmy Fallon show
She's come a long way since her High School Musical days and yesterday Vanessa Hudgen proved that point once again.
The 23-year-old actress wore a plunging dress for an appearance on the Late Night With Jimmy Fallon show yesterday.
Despite the chilly temperatures in New York, the dark-haired star ensured all eyes were on her as she showed off her cleavage.
The Grecian-style dress fell to the floor and featured gathered detail at the sides and spaghetti straps.
She teamed the low-cut garment with a pair of open toe heels and plenty of jewellery - including an upper arm cuff bangle.
As she chatted away to the host about her latest movie, Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, Hudgens had a permanent grin on her face.
And she wasn't afraid to get involved in Fallon's antics either and donned a pair of plimsolls to play a game in the middle of the studio.
Hudgens has spent the last month or so promoting the sequel film and also appeared on the Live With Kelly show yesterday.
Perhaps her constant smile has something to do with her current romance with U.S. actor Austin Butler.
Despite insisting in a recent interview that they are just friends, the young pair have been spotted enjoying intimate moments in public, and Hudgens even took Butler to the Hollywood premiere of her latest film last week.
The Sucker Punch star certainly acted like she was in a relationship with the blonde musician as she cosied up to him on the red carpet.
However, Butler was nowhere to be seen when Hudgens ventured about for another public appearance last night.
Following her time on Fallon's show, she made a significant outfit change to attend the grand opening of Brazilian shoe store, Galeria Melissa, in Soho last night.
Hudgens chose a sensible look of black skinny jeans, a matching winter coat and platform heels, but it seems she had her eye on another pair of shoes as she was spotted posing with some of the brand's plastic heels.
