i personally like vanessa but my only issue with those pictures were that she took those when she was a minor. it was proven my many sources that she was 14/15 yrs. old when she working on the movie ThunderBirds. She wasn't even with disney at that time. so to say her logic was off is a complete understatement. she totally wasn't even thinking.

Aren't those pictures considered child pornography? That's always been the thing I've found a bit creepy is that people are really looking at naked pictures of a minor. Regardless under the circumstances they were taken she was still a minor. Oh and go figure a 14/15 being irresponsible and thoughtless and making mistakes? The shock! The horror! It was a bad decision none the less but as a young girl you will make mistakes and learn from them. I know a lot of people will disagree but I wish parents, Disney, and the media would stop trying to have KIDS AND TEENS who even though are in the entertainment industry are still very young, living, making mistakes, and learning be the people to set examples and be role models for their children. I understand why some would but you can't really expect these kids to be better than the average teen because they make more money and are famous. Sometimes being famous and having tons of people adore you only causes more "stupidity". BTW I'm speaking in general. Not just specifically Vanessa.

she wasn't thinking because she was young...

I don't know why people couldn't just let it go...the girl already paid for that stupidity by being humiliated in front of the world. her pictures were even talked about by the mainstream media (unlike the most recent nude/sex tape from other celebrities)...Ms. Hudgens already apologized and have acknowledged that it was "stupid" (UK Instyle interview)... I think it's time to move on, seriously..

yea, i completely agree. i was simply stating that i was bothered that those pics were openly released and posted all over the place when in fact she was a minor. they should have never been broadcasted at all. it should've been stopped immediately. people make mistakes and trust me..i am not one to judge others.

I also think Disney doesn´t give the best example by using these girls as sex simbols (and that is what they do IMO) ...a role model? yeah right. Have you seen these girls videos? and how they dress? (Vanessa, Miley, Selena), the word sex is all over

If you want them to behave like kids then you should treat them like kids and give them kids roles, clothing, makeup (or none makeup), etc.. IMO

anyone know where i can get the gold hawk dress that vanessa wore to the ellen show? i'm in Australia, so our stores don't stock them. and couture candy and boutique to you only have them in large, i need a medium!

I'm not a huge Vanessa fan. Sometimes I like her and other times I find her annoying but I'm glad that she's getting some work. I don't anticipate BandSlam to get her anywhere, but I think Beastly, with it's storyline and casting, might open her up to a newer audience. I know I'm interested in seeing it because I really like Mary-Kate Olsen.

I'm not going to argue with you or try to devalue anything you say, because your opinion is yours and valid but I would just like to say that I think you're being really rude and disrespectful to the other members of the forum in this thread. The responses I've read are a little out of line and it's completely unnecessary to say the things you're saying.
