*sigh* There has been so much drama with my order for this!
First VS sent it to the wrong address (my parents house instead of my own address, I don't know why - I selected my address when ordering it!)
Called UPS to tell them that it was sent to the wrong address, they say they can't change it til it's in the country. Ring up UPS the next morning first thing but package has already arrived in Ireland and is out for delivery and it turns out they could've changed the address for me but they didn't!!
Need to pay duties + tax on my VS order so I say that's fine, can I pay now over phone before I receive package on Monday? They said no, you have to wait til you get it.
So they reroute it and say I will have it today. Driver arrives at my work address today and says he can't give me the package until I have the duties paid. I asked if I could just take package and pay them once I get upstairs to my desk but he says no can do. (They let me do this before which is why I suggested it) So I said ok wait so, I'll be right down. I go upstairs, ring UPS and pay over the phone (this is after they put me through to the wrong department THREE times). Finally get it paid, they give me a ref number to give to the delivery guy, run downstairs and he's gone!!!! Our work security guy said the delivery guy got fed up of waiting, had other places to go and left. And he took my package!!


Aaargh, I was so annoyed and upset! He told me he would wait! I was only gone 5-10 mins.
I rang up UPS then and gave out about it and they said there was nothing they could do except deliver it tomorrow. It's a joke! I should've gotten my sweater on Friday but because of all this messing, now I won't get it til tomorrow and I paid an extra $20 for express shipping on top of the normal international shipping charge! Express?! Yah right. I also said I tried to pay the duties bill on Fri but they wouldn't let me and it's not my fault they kept me on hold and put me through 3 different departments.
Urgh!! This is the second time in the last few weeks that I've been disgusted with UPS's service. I think ringing up with a complaint might be in order.
I just want my really cool cardigan, is that so difficult!
