Hi! I have a Valentino Nude Rockstud pointed toe t-strap pump that I absolutely adore , but the little strap piece at the back of the shoe that holds the shoe strap broke.
It was purchased years ago at Nordstrom.
I called Valentino and they said there would be a charge to get this fixed.
Has this happened to you?
Would you have this fixed at Valentino or should I go to a shoe fixing company? I don’t want my shoe to be ruined since it’s one of my favorites!
