Supposedly the woman Usher gave it to is the same one he cheated on Tameka with (her best friend).
As for Kevin, he says it's false and Eniko posted a pic of her proudly showing off her baby bump after the story was run so neither seems to concerned about it. I'm just now seeing the pic and it does look like he's in the front seat.

I remember him making Tameka out to be the bad guy when it was him out sleeping with her friends and handing out STDs. Yuck.
As for Kevin, didn't he cheat on his first with Eniko? If that's the case, you tend to lose them the same way you got them....

The law is clear in California: It is illegal to knowingly or recklessly transmit an STD. Usher allegedly did just that when he told the victim he had tested negative for the virus, despite a “greenish discharge” from his penis, the court papers say.
“Believing Raymond’s statements that (the discharge) had been nothing and cleared up, (she) continued her relationship,” the legal docs said.
The claimant was later diagnosed with herpes, complete with vaginal sores, fevers and chills, she alleged in papers.
Usher paid some of the victim’s medical bills in 2012 — $2,754.40 in all, the court papers show. That’s when he also had his doctor call the woman to tell her that the singer did indeed carry the herpes virus.

He could be lying but he's always said he cheated on his wife with a different woman and that he didn't meet Eniko til after all that happened.
