They don't have such info on the website, only the length and ctw if the creation contains diamonds.

You should call them and explain the concern so they can look into assessing bracelet to see why it's making noises though, don't email.

Plot twist: I just received my new bracelet today. I don’t see any scratches on it but it feels significantly lighter and makes the most annoying clinking noise. Regretting returning the scratched bracelet. *facepalm*

Hi, what do you mean by clinking noise? The weight difference as you mentioned may just be your imagination, but noise… Do you know what is causing it?
