I received the NY H private sale email today. The event takes place from October 16, 2022 to October 22, 2022, from 9am to 6pm at the same venue, Soiffer Haskins. Good luck, everyone!

So do we think my SA is being evasive. Said they were unaware and that invites would have come from corporate. I haven’t gotten anything obvi.

Invitations to private sales are always done by corporate though stores are able to refer some clients. Ultimately, it is corporate who decides, so your SA wouldn’t necessarily know.

Nope, my SA said the same thing. I think they are being run ragged bc of the opening, and it truly caught them by surprise. (I did not get any invitation either, but I told him not to worry as I will go as a friend’s +1).

@shopping777 , invitations are specifically not transferable by link. As far as I know, there is a master list, and +1’s do need a confirmation email from Hermes corp. and photo id.

Quick update for those interested - I just got the email and registered, morning slots for the 19th are all filled, but decent availabilities left for mid-afternoon/evening and plenty on the subsequent days.

I have a pretty good relationship with my SA at my local store. I'm not sure how the invite list is generated though.
