Urgent advice needed. Noticed multiple scratches on my Love bracelet after leaving the store.

The same exact thing happened to me after I bought my Love. Once I got it outside in the daylight, clear as day there were screw driver scratches and one of the screws looked jagged from the screwdriver slipping. I was furious. They clearly let someone try this on. I know scratches are inevitable, but let them be from me. I returned it immediately and the store was horrified. I will never return to that boutique.

I'm glad you wound up ok with the piece, but I'd call both the boutique and Cartier.com and tell them of your experience. Enjoy the bracelet...it looks great on your wrist!

I had a scratch line (deeper than typical hairline scratch) on my love bracelet earlier on, and I used the Cape Cod polishing cloth with a stick to rub on the scratch line around 5-6x , then use a soft cloth to rub off the lotion (black stains on the soft cloth) and polish off remaining residual on the bracelet, and it’s gone!

This cloth is supposed to be remove micronano of the surface of the fine metal in order to remove the scratches. So I would suggest to use it on deeper scratch. Or if for hairline scratches, just a quick rub should give you a like new look. I tried it on my Rolex and viola, 8yrs old looks like 8 weeks old.
