Oh yea...I know! I was looking at the Borough and my SA was talking and she mentioned that back opening on the bag....I don't think I've ever seen a bag like that! It's a nice looking bag so I'm very interested to see it.

The design sounds kind of cool to me! But as others have said, gotta check it out in person. I'll know right away whether I love or dislike it. Got my Borough, though...and waiting for the vachetta borough this spring, so the urbane style is out for me.

I want a top handle bag in black. Was thinking Sadie black glitter but it is too busy for me. The big urbane seems jumbo, I think I need to hit the coach store and see!


When's the next 25% off? I want those Lawrence shoes too! :D

I went over to check it out. It is a kooky bag. All zippers lead to the main compartment. Both the back one and the top one. There are two slip pockets on the rear. One phone width and one that is the length of the bag. Construction feels very premium. It is also really light. On the fence about it due to size. Looks great hand held like a brief case and felt pretty spacious while retaining its shape.

Having a phone pocket on the back outside is a plus! I think there is a smaller size coming out soon?

It looks like the medium is too small. I might have to try it on again. Looks like it would be a great jumbo clutch. :)

I noticed the hang tag was hiding in the zipper flap.

Ok....I checked this bag out in the store, and I agree with the use of the word "kooky" to describe it. I was going to say flat-out "weird," but that sounds a bit harsh.......

The thing is, it's gorgeous. It looks great on (although I have no idea why they didn't make a crossbody strap for the long size...?)... But the flap? Why is that even THERE, if every single opening leads to the main compartment? I thought at first that the design sounded cool, but after seeing it, I realized you really cannot hold any items in the top flap "pocket" part of the bag without risking the items flying out of the bag when you flip it open. It's really bizarre. Someone mentioned before that the flap is really there simply for decorative/aesthetic purposes, and that's the truth. Kind of a bummer. You're paying for an extra pocket/flap of leather that you can't really use. I think I'm going to pass on this one, as pretty as it is.

Me too! I like all the ways to get in it and the flap is really cool!!! She holds so much, looks can be deceiving!!!! The leather is so gorgeous to me..really love it. It looks good on your arm!!!
