UPS lost my SHOPBOP package!

i had this happen to me before! but with DHL.
I asked DHL to provide a scan of the signature - it was a forged signature, the person originally started signing their own name, then scribbled it out, then made up some "signature" of my surname that was on the package.
Alot of heated phone calls to DHL. One of the reps got angry at me like it was my fault (i am always polite since i am aware its not the actual reps fault, but the driver, but if the rep starts getting stroppy, i cant help but get annoyed) and even said its normal to deliver to any joe blow sitting outside your house, on your fence, so long as they are at your address?!
i gave up calling them.
Wrote them a complaint email saying they were negligent.
And next thing you know, a manager called me back and got the driver to retrieve the pacakge and redeliver to my place properly. He also called again afterwards to check i received it. So all rectified in the end.

My suspicion was the driver got lazy and kept my package.
I commend DHL for fixing it up in the end but not happy that i had to rage phone wars with them over it.
 
Shopbop has excellent cs and will make every attempt to resolve the issue. UPS is a hit or miss depending on the driver who's delivering. You can always ask to speak with manager if the deliverer gives you a problem. Stay away from fedex, they attempted to steal my ralph lauren package, claimed they couldn't find the address and I immediatedly called in once I saw the status update; ralph lauren and I spoke with the manager and demanded it to be redelivered with another driver. Fedex attempted to cover up the fraud by rigging the zipcode by one number. Terrible. Keep on top of things when expecting a package!
