UPS and Coach...grrrr!!!!!

So I ordered the coach marleigh kaffe fassett it appeared on their website as only one left. Had the hangtag embossed as well so I had wait for it to be embossed before shipped. Well I finally got shipping notifications and thought it would be her in a day or two. Figured with the MLK holiday maybe take an extra day as well. Now looking at my shipment it shows and origin scan in Canada and that it is being cleared there and has been in this status for days. I had called coach to ask for shipping after my order was processed and they told me it was shipping out of Jax. Typically since I am in Florida as well I get packages from there with in a day or two. So I’m like what is going on when I asked in chat help on website. The CS rep put me on hold and said she was speaking with UPS. Turns out my package was sent to Canada by accident how that happens I have no idea. She assured me that she would order another but I told her that was the last one that was available on the website and there were no more from what I have believe. She looks into it and says oh yes there is no more I cannot re-order so I said are you kidding me what am I supposed to do now you took my money and I have no package to show for it. She said she was going to speak with UPS and have the package rerouted from Canada back to me! So I guess the only thing I can do now is just wait and see if a package arrives. I almost feel like canceling the order all together but I want the marleigh floral satchel :0( Now I don’t know what to think. Anyone have this issue before?

What a shame but don't cancel -- try to patiently wait especially since you really want the bag. Unfortunately not surprised though -- this is Coach....
