UPS and Coach...grrrr!!!!!

Hello... I need to vent....
I went to my local Coach Store on Cyber Monday to see if I could order the Floral Python Rogue and get the extra 15% off. (I had a return)
The manager and SA were Super nice and gave me the 15% off. I ordered the bag.

The SA even agreed to ship Next Day Air by 12pm No charge to me. I was excited to get my bag on Tuesday!
WRONG!!! stupid weather delayed my bag for an extra day... It was coming from Boston, MA to MN. I guess I could wait an extra day.. Well Wednesday came and No bag... Redelivery on Thursday... Still No bag... Friday came and I drove to UPS hub in Eagan, MN to get my bag.. Was told by UPS worker that bag was on truck to go to UPS store. WHY???? Especially after I changed to pick Rogue at the Main UPS Hub.. ( Eagan). Manager at UPS store was nice to call UPS to locate my bag. I guess because I changed delivery address bag was on a truck at the UPS hub sitting there.. I can now go Monday to pick up my bag from UPS hub... So much for Next Day Air..
 
That really is frustrating and ridiculous. USPS did the same crap to me. At one point there was no tracking info. I was really freaked out that it was lost. I pictured someone else enjoying my Ruby Rogue and I was not happy. It finally was delivered. I hope you get to enjoy your new bag soon.

Apparently UPS is in need of drivers..
It sounds like they deliver up to 8pm and then any undelivered packages go back to the hub to be delivered the next day... So dumb... Just deliver all in the same day.. Thanks for listening!!!

So frustrating! There’s nothing worse than delayed gratification when you’re super excited about something - especially when that something is a gorgeous new bag. I hope you and your new Rogue are in the same place at the same time soon. :flowers:

Thanks... I can get it from main UPS hub tomorrow, but supposed to have a Snow storm.. :(

Hopefully your new bag arrives soon!!!

I’m having similar issues with UPS and Coach. I order a hoodie nearly three weeks ago but the warehouse somehow lost my order so they had to cancel my order and then reorder it.

I got my shipping confirmation last week but it’s been a week that it shows ready to pick up by UPS and I’m starting to lose my patience.

I can understand your frustration but put yourself in their shoes, would you want you’re loved one driving a non-four wheel basically a tin can in the middle of a snow storm risking their life for what a handbag? Come on now your rant is a little over the top.

I don't consider her thread a rant, just explaining her frustration towards it taking so long for a supposed next day shipment. It is very typical to have tpfers start threads on the joys and/or problems during their buying process. Also, how does the police shooting have anything to do with the this thread?
