The watch looks so gorgeous. I read somewhere Rolex made special alloy so that their rose gold does not fade. You made a great choice. Btw, we must have similar taste in jewelry LOL! I remeber that you also had the same Mid size Rolex and the J12 like me, and I see your Love bangles now. My husband has two tone YG Date Just similar to yours which I was planning to borrow :p

nvie: Very different, isn't it? I feel the Yachtmaster is a bit too similar to my two J12s AND I have my mind set on the SS version of Daytona, and decided to wait for it!

ryu_chan: I know!! We have the same mid-size Rolex and J12s!!! I was told by the AD that Rolex rose gold will NOT fade due to its special coating on top of the gold. In addition to that, Rolex's rose gold is a bit more settle than other brands, and i feel it blends in really well with Asian skin tone. I have the love bracelets in YG and RG, they look quite similar in the picture, isn't it?

OH one question!

Was the jubilee bracelet hard to size for a small wrist? I wear 16 in Cartier Love too so I was wondering because some brands for me, either additional links off is too tight or when added, is too loose!

I wear size 16 for Cartier Love. For my mid size Date Just, the dealer had to remove 4 links, and it is comfortable. The only thing I don't like is the connecting metal piece covers pretty much my whole wrist, and it tends to twist the watch to one side. But I have the same issue with all the watches other than the one with leather strap.

Yeah, I definitely prefer RG on my skin tone. The Love bracelet RG is quite interesting. It is really subtle, and I have to look at it side by side with YG to tell the difference under certain lighting.
Anyway, your Date Just is gorgeous. Makes me want one too! But since my husband has one too similar, it would not makes sense for me to buy. My next watch wish list one of these VCA watches:

VCA Lady Arpels Dentelle
