Any suggestions for fashioning a strap for a Jige PM?

I thought I'd try a twilly, but then I realized that would likely just pull the flap belt through the "H" and my bag would end up on the floor. Then I thought about pinning to the inside's toile lining? A twilly "harness" of some kind? Creative use of horse tack?

Surely on of you creative DIY ladies will come up with some suggestion?!

I've shown it with a Twilly before but this is with a pochette/pocket square.Passementerie pochette with the Mors scarf ring to create a bracelet.

HUggermugger, I went to an Hermes scarf tying workshop on Thursday and they folded a 35 inch scarf on the bias and tied it to my jige. . . hold on - I will post a pic . . .I put my wallet (full size french with full billfold and double coin purse); key case and some small things in there - I think it could hold -- but not for long - perhaps a twilly would be better or even H bolduc ribbon. . . but I would not count on it staying on your shoulder for long. . . basically for those "date" nights with DH when you really are not going to carry anything in the bag or even open it. . .

edit: if i were going to do this, I would just stick a cc and some money into my key case and take a phone (leave the wallet at home) & be very careful. . .

You could tie it like a gift package with bolduc ribbon lol.

Pictures? I feel pampered!! Thanks for the feedback.

I had a feeling this would prove difficult. The clutch looked cute with the scarf though. It's also a shame that I'm such a horrible typist, because I really meant to put "GM" not "PM", which would explain why I might want to have a shoulder strap in the first place. *facepalm* (I wish it were a PM though!)

All the same I'm impressed at the quality of response!
